"Excellent location across a small square from St. Thomas Church, virtually next-door to the Bach museum, and a very short walk to many many other sites. Excellent room with modern large shower and modern finishing. Spacious bathroom with a sitting area and good-sized desk. We had a lovely view over the green courtyard behind the property. Very pleasant library on the main floor, a sauna available to guests, and a good restaurant for breakfast (not sure about other meals as we did not test it out.) Super staff and very comfortable in English. Excellent value. "
"Sept. 2025. Our 6 night stay at the Elaya Hotel in Leipzig's city centre was great. Many sights (museums, churches, the Leipzig Zoo) and wonderful eateries were within walking distance. The hotel was clean, safe, and well appointed. I would definitely return to this establishment for a future stay."
"A very smart hotel in a great location for Leipzig city centre and the station. Room well furnished, spacious, clean and quiet (it looked out on an inner courtyard rather than onto the road outside.)
Interesting "open plan" bathroom....
No tea or coffee facilities in room (which we knew in advance, no problem) but bottled water provided.
Only slight glitch was the shower door which did not close properly, meaning water on the floor.

"The apartment/room was very comfortable, spacious and relaxing.
During my stay, I noticed a few anomalies with the equipment, which I reported to front desk personnel. The matter was noted and dealt with.
These anomies did not affect t my stay.
Because my room had a kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities, I used them all. Consequently, I did not eat on the dining rooms.
The front desk staff were all very professional, patient and helpful."

"Old City accessibility was good, including Leipzig University, and there was an outer veranda on the top floor, so I could take advantage of the outdoor feeling. Parking was a little tricky, but the breakfast was good, the facilities were clean, and the staff was kind"
