"Bad lighting there. An accident waiting to happen.no railing at steps are minimal lights. They need to they need to address that. Pool was lovely and food was good.nice location. Good view of lake."

"Great place but wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The room was freshly renovated and quite comfortable however there were no blinds or film on the window in the bathroom making it feel very exposed.
Lots of mosquitos and no repellents were provided and no window nets so could open the balcony or windows sadly.
Breakfast options were very poor in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Sardinia and mostly included sweets.
Didn't get a chance to use the pool as the weather wasn't great but looks nice."

The staff were all polite and helpful, especially Vanni who went above and beyond to help us when health problems occurred.
The views and facilities were amazing and the food was stunning! Even with dietary requirements- nothing was an issue and all tasted just as delicious.
