We stayed at apartment 304 while we visited Newcastle City Centre for a theatre show.
The apartment is beautifully appointed, with a nice bathroom (with bath), power shower, plus a kitchenette area and a comfortable double bed, sofa and large screen TV. There is good WiFi and the Broadband Internet was good for streaming (70mbs download), although a content filter on the system prevented viewing some streaming channels that don't like VPN systems.
The entrance to the apartment building is manned 24/7, and we felt safe coming and going.
The apartment building itself is slap bang in the centre of the City Centre, making it great for exploring the shops, theatres, pubs and restaurants.
Our only complaint -- and sadly it was a significant one -- is that the apartment is sweltering hot and sticky, with no air conditioning (that we could find) to keep the area cool. Baring in mind we were staying on only a reasonably warm day in late April, I can't imagine how unbearable the heat must be during the height of summer.
If these apartments could be fitted with air-con, we'd happily stay here again. As it is, we didn't sleep due to the heat, and would struggle to recommend the apartments to any other travellers than those who love 24c temperatures.
