Amazing views, charming room & lovely owner

This place is so charming, so clean, so well situated - and the proprietor Stefano is an absolute angel. When our arrival was delayed due to a health issue, he went out of his way to make sure we were okay and got into our room safely late in the night. He checked in on us throughout the stay, provided recommendations, coffee, a lovely map of Como, and was just an all around wonderful human being. We were left wanting for nothing. A perfect experience.

The B&B has a really comfortable bed, a beautifully large bathroom and is perfectly located (in the center super close to the lake and a lot of nice restaurants). Stefano made sure that everything was perfect for our stay and Mr. Jey is really lovely as well. We had the best experience and would love to stay here again if we’re going back to Como!

Excellent property and location in Como, less than a couple minutes walking from the train station, ferry ports, convenience stores, waterfront, and multiple restaurants. The host Stefano was very friendly and welcoming. The room was great for the price paid, and the bathroom was very large as well as fully updated. Could not have asked for a better location in Como - we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to future travelers.

As the accommodation does not have a reception, we were given a comprehensive overview of the room and access to the building upon arrival. The room was comfortable and spacious with a large bathroom. The location was convenient to restaurants, Lake Como ferry wharf and funicular rail station.

I would highly recommend a stay at this property. It is in an excellent location in Como on the waterfront. There was excellent communication from the host, Stefano, from start to finish. The room itself was extremely clean and spacious with great amenities, including some drinks and snacks from the host for our arrival which was a nice touch along with lots of information on things to see and restaurants to try. Also, the towels smelled incredibly fresh! Again, would highly recommend a stay here.

We would stay here again.

We were met at the door by Stefano, who gave us the keys and explained the methodology to enter the second floor unit. The unit was quite large. There was an American king size bed that was very comfortable. The large bedroom could have used a second comfortable chair. There was a great deal of storage available. Coffee pods, and a working coffee maker were used repeatedly. We received a welcome bottle of Prosecco. There was a fridge in the room. The bathroom was also large, with a very good shower as well as a gigantic bathtub that we did not use. The property had air conditioning which was essential for the three nights we were there. The property is located at the south east corner of Lake Como. It is generally a very convenient location, only 300 yards or so from the ferry terminal. There also is Relatively easy access to the center of town. There are no shortage of restaurants within very easy walking distance.
