I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, and the area was safe. My bed had two single mattresses pushed together on a queen bed frame. One mattress was thicker than the other, making for a rather odd and uneven sleep.

The room was okay however I thought I had booked a room with a bathroom which I was also told I would be upgraded to due to having a young family and I wasn’t. There was no coffee mugs even though coffee tea and sugar were supplied. Other guests were highly disruptive with drinking, yelling and fighting until 5:30am even to the point of needing to call the police

Hospital visit
Not bad but rather noisy with the front door slamming shut at all hours. With the bed up against the wall it made it hard when needing to use tge bathroom. The meals in the hotel next door were great. Close to the John Hunter which is what we wanted.

Bed cover was stained, access codes didn't work, wasn't allowed access to accommodation until after 3pm and the room wasn't finished cleaning, people up all night throwing things down the hall, going room to room playing loud music until early hours of the morning, shower head/arm broken. Comfy beds and quiet at night. Getting in was a nightmare which took 3 calls to finally get all the 5 codes we needed for the doors. It felt like Fort Knox. Appeared to be newly renovated and was clean but peeling paint, holes in the woodwork, dents in the walls and old almost unusable vanity cupboard in bathroom. Whole premises seem to have had a hard life

Very noisey, toilets have a separate pump system installed super loud and not effective. Tiny rooms and can hear everything going on. Food in hotel was great. Booked for 4 nights only stayed for 2. Didn’t bother with trying to get money back. Moved onto better accommodation.

Everything was easy access if you dont havr an issue with stairs room was dirty remotes for tv and ac didnt have batteries, rooms dont lock from inside so little kids can escape

The floors and cupboard were not clean in our room. We only had one coffee cup instead of two. The bathroom was very clean. We were happy overall but some of the guests children were very noisy at nite running around the hallway.
