Great value close to the city.
The receptionist was friendly, giving the impression that she was happy to see us, and very helpful. Was on the 2nd floor and yet there was hardly any street noise to be heard. Short walking distance to most places. Would come back if we ever visit Sydney again.

Hotel undergoing refurbishment which hopefully will improve appearance and comfort. Mould in bathroom, room looked ‘tired’, daily room service inconsistent. No face washers one day, not enough the next, no replacement tissues when clearly box was empty. Could do with soundproofing as we had some very noisy ‘neighbours’. Took over 10 minutes to get hot water running in shower - never needed to run the cold tap! Hotel within easy walk of city centre and close to public transport.

No information sheets in the room so some points were not clear. Staff told me they open the restaurant at 6:30pm but it didn’t open. When I went to check it at 6:30pm, different staff told me it is only for ordering.
