"The hotel is beautiful surrounded with mountains view and foods are delicious. I highly recommend if you wamt to go downtown they have shuttle to take you there although they have scheduled so you better booked. Just heads up the item on the fridge in your room are not free, if you want to go around better to book a car at g8 open tour for 1 million will take you to tourist spot for whole day with your choice of attraction. I will come back here again fansipan is the best which located near the hotel."

"This place is amazing! I can’t say enough about how helpful and wonderful all the staff were. They went out of their way to help us organize our day trips and travel plans. The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but just a short walk or grab ride down to the Sun Plaza."

"Our 4 day stay in Sapa at this hotel was great! From the front desk staff especially Wendy she was fantastic AWESOME! If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying here. Safe Travel!"
