Beds are comfy. Rooms are always clean. We stay here at least twice a year when visiting family. Rates are really good. There was no lightbulb in bedside lamp and ceiling and walls could use some sanding and new paint. They also accommodate late check in, which is amazing and we can just go when we are ready for bed.

You get what you pay for. $100 for 2 people to put their heads down for a night, can't expect much. +'s Price, general cleanliness, recently renovated, staff pleasant but not overly so - took my money, gave me a key. -'s Room had an odd musty smell and when we entered there was some sort of contraption running to eliminate odors. TV was odd. Flat screen, but the resolution was terrible and video was about 50% of the size of the actual screen.
