Staff was very helpful. The room did not have a smart TV and I asked if they could replace it with a smart TV and within 10 minutes the owner had it replaced. Breakfast was also a plus. Highly recommend.

There was no telephone in the room. The tv didn't work we had to mess with it to finally get it to come in. The ice machine was not working. The beds were clean which was a plus.

The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, but the towels were NOT! There were also crumbs on the floor as soon as we got there, this tells me that the room wasn’t vacuumed. The bathroom was clean. The TV was large-great for watching football and the AC worked very well. It didn’t seem like it was monitored, so we were able to keep it nice and cool in there. The lobby was very nice and smelled amazing. I wish the room had smelled a little nicer. The town was great and the downtown area was so sweet! I would probably stay here again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

I liked that it was clean and that we had maid service and clean towels each day. Entrance and exit to property is a bit awkward. No working ice machine on our floor. Elevator complained a lot getting to the 3rd floor. Scary. Breakfast was adequate but it was not equipped to handle a large breakfast crowd.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and we had a good night's rest there. We'd have no issue staying there again. I was disappointed that the TV did not appear to carry NBC, and the closed captioning and sleep timer on the remote did not work at all. No idea if the latter are an issue in other rooms or not.

My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room. We were very thankful to finally get some sleep but that was probably not the best call from the front desk clerk in my opinion. Why did we need to move and be more inconvenienced? I’ve stayed at this hotel when it was Best Western and Wyndham. This was the first time since this change in ownership. I honestly thought I was booking at Wyndham when I made the reservation.

It's either relatively new or recently updated. Room was large and comfortable with a huge bathroom. AC was stuck on freeze when we arrived but the problem was remedied immediately. Like many hotels they are skimpy on towels. Two people 2 towels...hate this trend. The room was clean and had no strange odors which seems to be common these days. Breakfast was basic and subpar based on other recent hotel stays...we've been on a month long trip so have many to compare. The price was high for location and property in my opinion based on comparisons per the rest of our stays. Parking and area seemed safe. Restaurant across the parking lot has pretty good Mexican food.
