Homely Feel

read the reviews first before booking, and I can confirm that they are honest reviews. It really was a nice experience, right from arriving, and being served tea and biscuits to leaving

Lovely stay at the Baliol

Had a lovely 1 night stay at the Baliol. Very warm welcome from Christine. The place is a little dated but it's clean and the breakfast was great. Our room was a twin with super new en-suite double shower room. Barnard Castle is a wonderful little market town and well worth a visit.
