No TV and Flooded bathroom
I usually love staying here, but this time was not a good experience. I needed an accessible room due to having hip replacement surgery. Night 1, the TV didn’t work. It was up high and I couldn’t reach it to check hdmi connection or see the numbers on the cable box when I called support (as noted on the laminated paper in the room). I was on the phone over 30 minutes without success. The office staff was super nice and helpful. She had it working when I got back from dinner. Day 3, the shower flooded the bathroom because the water wasn’t draining properly. My daughter took a shower not longer than 10 minutes and water was everywhere. Again, office staff was very apologetic and sent housekeepers to take away the wet bath rugs and provide plastic bags for my wet clothes. The bed was not the most comfortable. I could feel the springs. I used a lot of pillows to try to get comfortable. At least the heater was working and the room was warm at night.
