The room was pretty clean, but the place was old. Updates made it okay to stay. It was one of the least expensive for that area, but once we arrived there, we knew why. Bed was a bit lumpy, but we surprisingly slept ok. Towels could have been bleached more to get stains out.

This is a very BASIC motel. It is old but in good enough condition. The room was small but the bed comfortable, it had all the minor amenities of an upscale motel like Hilton Garden Inn (little coffee maker etc) but done on a shoe string, it was very clean and in decent condition. For convenience the location is in the middle of town with a quick drive to the beach, plus services and food all nearby. For a one night stay, it served the purpose.

after staying the first night I found out I needed to stay an extra night for my work there. When I received my bill for the second night I was surprised to see it was over $30.00 more than the first night. I feel like I was taken advantage of and did not appreciate it at all.
