Worst place ever. Never go here. This is where rats should live. It’s very dirty and smelly. You can’t even look at it.

Run down unsafe place. You need to walk across the street to register in which is very dangerous especially for senior folks. You can not close the main entrance door properly encouraging the outsiders to go in. No toilet paper available upon arrival. Broken furniture and so on; to many other things to mention here. This place should be shot down for good. You get what you pay for and you jeopardize your own safety.

We were shocked at the condition of the hotel Le Lustre D'Or in Québec City. It was very run down, dirty on the exterior and looked unoccupied .We did not enter for these reasons.It should not be on your website in our opinion .

The place is a little run down, but clean. The TV was an unwatchable old CRT that had massive colour issues. For the price, I was expecting the laminate flooring to extend all the way under the bed, not stop at the beds legs.
