The staff was exceptional! From the front desk, to maintenence, to the servers and staff working the breakfast buffet... they were friendly, smiling, engaging, and kind. I had a great stay at The Tides. My daughter and I traveled to Gulf Shores for an after Christmas tournament, and I was by myself for most of the trip. The hotel was nice, clean, well staffed, and I felt safe. I stayed in a basic room that was clean and perfect for what I needed. We would stay here again.

Great stay!
Had a great time, the outdoor pool was heated which was so nice since it was chilly out. We could walk right out to the beach. For dinner you'll need a car, there's not really any shops or restaurants walkable. My kids were thrilled to see Beach Santa too!
