Very busy, lots of children, very noisy, impolite & rude guests with huge plates of food from the buffet, lots of noise from jet skis & speed boats. Poor service from disinterested staff. Prices of drink high for poor quality. Rooms tired. The beds were ok. Breakfast acceptable but only before 8am as the queues & lack of supplies made for a scrum later. Ok for one night if visiting a theme park. Nothing else in this part of the island but empty shops. No culture, history or peace & quiet.

Its a nice spacious resort with a private beach and a very nice big pool for adults and kids. On point location for safari, theme park, casino, spa & gym. They are short staffed at the front desk and concierge and are painfully slow and non informative. Food and beverage service have a big scope of improvement in terms of quality and speed.

Best of all is Staff, courteous, always willing to help and a 7 Star service by them. Big shout out to Minh Luan, around reception who is always willing to help with a smile and Bella trying solutions to any issue you present them with your stay. Property has massive pool, restaurant at the property with great food, private beach and free transportation to & from airport and other destination. I will definitely visit again for this experience…
