Great staff and a decent room close to a train station and lots of food options. My Tokyo go-to hotel.

8/10 Very good

The location was great for me. The room was small but tidy having your own laundry facilities was amazing for me since I had already been traveling for over 2 weeks. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no comfortable place to sit and enjoy. The lobby seemed to always be taken over with luggage. For the price I paid, I would have preference more housekeeping. The staff was very helpful.

Overall stay was incredible. Staff was friendly, room was clean (though the AC leaked, but they offered to move me to a different room which was nice). 5 minute walk to Shimbashi Station, 7/11 was right around the corner and so many good restaurants. Highly recommend.

My go-to hotel in Tokyo. A great example of how good a business hotel can be. The staff are excellent and very helpful while being both helpful and friendly. Location near to several rail lines and a walk to Ginza is a bonus,

I left my passport in the counter and left and I know in my mind that I left it there and When I get back there I am so impressed with how they treated my passport.. they wrapped it really nicely and presented it to me with so much respect. Everything, and everywhere you go in Japan is very well relaxed. The hotel is perfect.
