I wish they had actually blankets, we just had a ton of top sheets that provided zero warmth. We had trouble getting into the gate because the code I was given was incorrect Also we were out of soap in the bathroom. I did enjoy the property, it was quiet and clean. We would stay again just bring blankets next time.

Clean room about a mile from the broadway scene the only real complaint is that AC was only in the living room, so if you plan to visit when it’s hot and you need to separate sleeping areas it’s something to be aware of

About half a (very walkable) mile walk to Marathon Music Works. Property feels secure, is clean and updated. It is not pet friendly lodging, which I really needed. Reasonably priced over night stay for my daughter and me for a concert. Limited parking. First come, first served. Note that there is both paid and free parking nearer to Marathon Music Works available near the park and along the road to the venue. There were a couple of walkable fast food restaurants, but that is all I was able to find nearby.

The floors were filthy. My sons feet were black from running around on the floors. The couch was broken or something. It slanted forward. The front of the cushions sunk in. The digital key pad doors didn’t work well. You had to input the code multiple times to get the door open. The couple in the room next to us was having the same problem. Took my son into the courtyard area to play and the first thing he found was a screw in the gravel on the bocce ball court. Just not what we expected and definitely not what the pictures portray.
