Cute extremely small hotel room but very cozy and comfortable. Restaurants and juice bars nearby. Walking distance to several attractions . It was great. And no carpet on the floors, which is my preference.

Great FiDi location but pricey and working through the startup kinks. Staff were uniformly great. Room was small. The gym is fairly huge — but was not cleaned well when I used it and no towels provided. Breakfast bar staff were sweet but there wasn’t any espresso today…if the price comes down I may stay again (2K++ for 4 nights this week)

I wanted to like the hotel until I spoke to the rude and unprofessional hotel manager. Unbelievable that she didnt do her job in returning a guest message in the first place. I had a unknown charge and none of the hotel employees could tell me what it was for. Then when I finally got the manager on the phone, instead of acknowledging the delay in communication, she yelled at me and said it wasnt her problem that her staff didnt give her my messages. This hotel needs to replace their management.
