Beautiful building but it needs some attention with cleanness and maintenance in the rooms. Towels and bedding were pretty worn. Abigal at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Cheers to Courtney the valet super sweet.

Good location close to the lake, the riverwalk, restaurants and the market. Nice sized room and we enjoyed the fitness room. We parked in the garage next door because valet parking was really expensive.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location (especially for going to The Riverside Theatre)! Parking is steep, but the valet was so nice. There is a bar and restaurant right in the lobby, as well as some food and amenities offered by the hotel. Beautiful building. The bathroom in my room was meh, but the bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed here a few times and have gotten excellent service from the staff. At times even above and beyond. This is definitely my favorite hotel to stay at in Milwaukee. It is a beautiful, historic building and the location is perfect as well.

This hotel offered a unique architecture with a giant floor to ceiling window in my room. The bar was well stocked and the food from the kitchen was fantastic. Vibe was good and the location was very convenient, close to things to do downtown.

8/10 Very good

Beautiful historic building with classy rooms, in a good location and at a competitive price for the area. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and effective valet service. Decent on-site bar and restaurant. Minor downsides - shower water pressure low and hard to set a moderate temperature. Parking is pricey, and extra charge for a fairly standard Hilton breakfast buffet. Not flawless, but a very solid option if visiting downtown.
