I would strongly advise anyone to avoid staying at this hotel. My room was in terrible condition. The bathroom ceiling was completely covered in mold, which is not only disgusting but also a serious health concern. The room was also infested with mosquitoes, making it almost impossible to sleep. I only stayed because I arrived late at night and had no other immediate option. The next morning, I checked out as soon as I could and booked a different hotel. No guest should have to choose between staying in an unhealthy room or scrambling to find another place after arriving in a new country. What made the experience even worse was that the hotel refused to issue any refund, despite the room being clearly unfit for guests. Expedia also sided with the hotel’s “no refund” policy instead of addressing the unacceptable conditions. Cleanliness and guest safety should never be optional. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope management addresses these serious issues before accepting more guests.
