Really handy for just one night and somewhere to sleep. The owners were very responsive to text messages. It was clean and felt safe.

The staff were very helpful and the place is in a great neighborhood with lots to do nearby. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again, it's very new and the room was beautiful.

We were so happy with our room. It was clean, unique and had a great vibe. The location was incredible within walking distance to downtown.

Staff were always friendly and reachable over text message. The area is nice and quiet with a shop just a block away. I'd book with this hotel again.

Not much to say, really. When I’m in the city I just need a place to sleep and store my things. This place is perfect! It’s clean and new, just steps away from the TTC. Short walk south to the market. Will look to stay here again.

Kind of a hidden gem if you're coming in to town for business. Perfect location, but wouldn't even know it's there walking by which I like. Very well kept comfy rooms, only thing lacking was a TV but who really NEEDS a TV these days especially given the location -you arent likely going to be in much. I will definitely be staying again in the future. Bargain price too!

We were in the basement unit. It was very clean, updated, easy to access and great location. There was an in unit AC and a small fridge, Keurig and safe which was great. I have one small complaint. It felt damp like a basement. Perhaps a dehumidifier would help? Overall, would recommend!

this is a quaint hotel in toronto and has character and feels very welcoming. Terek the manager was very helpful when we arrived. he helped us with the parking and check in. the room was very clean and the towels were soft and smelt so nice. the bed was comfy. the shower was of a good size and bathroom amenities were very good (even included hair conditioner). the room was well airconditioned. there was coffee in the room. If you need parking then you have to book this on their website before you arrive. we would definitely stay there again.

The first thing I noticed about Hotel BeeBop was the impeccable design. Modern with flair accents that invite visitors to feel both welcome and special. The room I stayed in was clean, organized and appeared welcoming. The art on the wall and large shower room was surprising. The hotel is a stones throw from the Eaton Centre and down town Toronto is very accessible. I would definitely stay here again. Staff were on hand to answer all of my questions and I left feeling looked after my stay.

Great location. Simple to access. Clean. Spacious enough for two people. Very nice shower. Obviously they are recently renovated/created; there’s still the scent of new construction materials in the air! Good value for downtown T.O.

Small snag with the code not opening the room door, but staff was very responsive. Great little place to stay in downtown Toronto, 100% would stay again

This was our first stay at this location. The room was clean and very comfortable. It's location in downtown Toronto made our stay so enjoyable. We parked out vehicle approximately 300 m from our hotel and left it there until we left (approximately $30 per day to park). FYI there is wifi, however there is no tv. We would definitely recommend this place due to the above comments regarding cleanliness and location.

The property and the room was very clean. It was easy walk to the subway station to travel. Also it was close to city center. It was easy to get to from city airport.

Excellent property which has been recently renovated. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Large and comfortable bed, large shower and lots of counter space. Queries were responded to very quickly. Room had no TV, as mentioned by another reviewer, and it also didn’t have a closet but those are not dealbreakers by any means. Highest recommendation.

8/10 Very good

Not bad - clearly a new project. A little onerous to go through the security identification. Toilet was rocky (we were in 002). No microwave. Very small bathroom (had to step outside to change your mind). Otherwise good. Coffee maker, but no creamer - just Splenda. We were trying to figure out how to get the door blinds up in the dark, and found out after the fact that we were playing with some sort of fire alarm thing (that could have had a bad outcome). Reasonable for a discount place in Toronto.

For how expensive this place is I would expect better amenities like a TV, a bed sheet to cover with and a wall for the shower!

Cute hotel in nice house in the center. Conveniently located, close to Lawrence market. Nice vibes. Very clean. Comfy bed. Just be aware of the 300 CAD deposit when checking in which I did not know about which added a bit of a strain on the budget! And be aware of one of the doors going to room 002 as there is a step, it was night and I did not see it and stained my ankle… but otherwise very cute hotel.

This property was very nice and in a great location easy to find good parking would recommend. The only thing is there is no tv which wasn’t a problem for us and our stay but might be a problem for others but besides that everything was great.

The room had no TV. You can hear the toilets flushing and water running in the unit above. There was no microwave. There is only paid parking on the street.

2/10 Poor

Paid $250 a night. Was not worth it. When I arrived my code did not work. I stayed in the suite on the basement level. Steps down are uneven and should be repaved. There is NO front desk so you are not greeted. Had to get owner/manager/whoever on the phone for new password, had trouble understanding him. He mumbles, not very professional. Entering the unit first impression I would describe the smell as funky. It was in the basement so please note low ceilings. I’m 5’11 I found myself slouching to protect my head. With lots of noise from upstairs, the blinking motion sensor light in the entryway and the continuously burning exit sign, found sleeping difficult. Booked FOUR nights was provided TWO towels for showering. Not enough. The mattress was average, but still comfortable and clean with a zipper case, looked new. Bathroom sink is small, water splashes everywhere. Built-in seating booth is roomy, but a little hard. Okay. Really liked the large countertop. Room did NOT have: facial tissues, hangers, closet space, extra towels, extra bedding, microwave, laundry, television. Room DOES have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, mini fridge, AC unit, Wifi, coffee maker. Parking must be reserved through link $30 a night, two spots available, up a sketchy alleyway behind building. Check car daily. Overall poor service and communication. Everything is contactless, through text, phone whatnot. Save yourself the trouble and book with a real hotel.
