zunächst einmal: Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Allerdings hätte man evtl. vor dem Check-in noch mal ein Mail schicken können, das der check-in in einem anderem Haus stattfindet. Ich hatte das Glück, dass der Mitarbeiter gerade vor Ort war. Beim Check-in wurde eine Kaution verlangt. Diese habe ich bis zum heutigen Tage nicht wiederbekommen. Auch eine schriftliche Nachfrage blieb unbeantwortet. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Zum Zimmer selbst: es war im Keller und roch sehr muffig und hatte das Gefühl, als würde das Zimmer feucht sein. Auf dem Boden befand sich Schmutz. Die Küche habe ich nicht benutzt. Im Wasserkocher war noch Wasser vom Vormieter drin. Der Lärm von draussen ist sehr extrem und ging bis in die frühen Morgenstunden (6 Uhr). Teils hört man auch die Disco schräg gegenüber. Auch andere Bewohner dort verhielten sich sehr laut. An Schlaf war die 2 Tage nicht zu denken. Das einzig positive war die Gegend. Von dort kommt man überall schnell hin. Fazit: hier buche nicht noch einmal

Very basic, difficult to check in and the room was not entirely clean. The bathroom smelled terrible. I didn’t dare use any of the kitchen equipment. Staff did not respond when I questioned how to check out and have sent no information about how I will receive the deposit.

Centrally located apartment only 4 minute walk from Matthew Street. Local parking available at £20 per day. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. The main thing that let it down was the bed. The mattress was very lumpy and as a result, I barely slept. I would come again but would hope an upgrade on the mattresses could be done.

Decent Apartment, Terrible Service* ★★★☆☆ The apartment itself was decent and clean, which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. However, the check-in process was horrible. Staff were very poor, unhelpful and unprofessional. The worst part has been trying to get my deposit back - it has been an absolute mission with no communication. It may look cheaply priced online but there is a lot of hidden hassle. I would advise people to be very wary about booking here and I very much doubt I will stay here again.

Room was clean and accurate to the listing. Is also in a good location of the City Centre. Although when checking in we were surprised with a £50 ‘security deposit’ which still isn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing but we were told a refund for this security deposit would be processed the day we checked out, subsequently we had an issue getting our security deposit refunded, after multiple attempts to contact the staff we got the refund 2 weeks after checking out.

It was very confusing for checking in as you don’t get any check in details so when I got to the actual place, another person booking a room told me where to go to check in and it’s the building across the road! 50 pound deposit but no mention of when I get it back. The room was ‘ok’ for sleeping, didn’t really use the kitchen part as I couldn’t be bothered to clean it beforehand. Great location though which helped. Shop at bottom of the road and close by to train station, shopping and pub galore!

Highly recommend this accommodation! The room exceeded my expectations considering how great the price was. Perfect location in the centre of Liverpool. Comfortable, clean and with all the amenities needed.
