The romm smelled sewer and the sink was leaking. The bedlinings had a big hole. The refrigerator made a lot of sound. We only got one towel.

Host (Achraf) was asleep on arrival, left us waiting for 20mins before checking us into a room which hadn’t been cleaned, no towels, hair on the bed and bathroom. The electricity cut out every few minutes, the downstairs fuse box was smoking, if we didn’t leave the power would have burnt through all of our electronics. Upon contacting hotels.com Achraf took the liberty of lying and stating all issues were resolved. I would strongly suggest not booking with this filthy accommodation and host who is loose with the truth so you don’t get a refund.

O hotel e ótimo Boa localização o pessoal da recepção e muito simpático e receptivo estão de parabéns e fazem o seu trabalho com muita dedicação, única coisa que ocorreu porém foi erro meu e que eu reservei o quarto pra uma cama de casal e no caso era pra cama de solteiro como foi erro meu jamais iria incomodar o pessoal da recepção então como foi eu e o meu primo eu dormi no sofá e ele na cama de casal mas o sofá era excelente e muito bom espaçoso, e televisão não pega de jeito nenhum não sei se é uma regra pra não ter em hotéis ou se era defeito mas nem entrada pra antena tinha conectado e a TV nem smart era. Com certeza vou voltar a marraquexe e vou ficar nesse hotel
