The room was great, soundproof given you are in Wynwood, but its in the heart of the most vibrant area, the property is an oasis, beautifully appointed and more imporant its just a great vibe. The rooftop is great as its a 360 view of the area, with great vistas and taller than most buildings so its a great place to sit and relax, also the pool is a endless pool with a charming and lux feel to the seating. I loved it.

We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch. Pool was clean and very nice, with hot tub and some cabanas for daytime, but our evening swim and the night lights view was terrific. The guest service staff was excellent. We had such a wonderful stay based at The 27 Wynwood and can't wait to return for another fun visit. p.s. Go to Maman and CoyoTaco when you go there.

Didn't have any A/C or hot water. It was very difficult to find the hotel, no sign with the name other than Nomad. Nite desk person was very helpful, I wouldn't have found the hotel without his help.

Room smelled like they had just poured bleach…. my mom actually became dizzy from the smell and they had to move our room. Also the location is in an area that I would NOT consider “family friendly”. Lots of homeless people and drunk people hanging outside the hotel/area. Also, no one speaks English! Everyone on site speaks Spanish and only a person or two could speak a bit of English to translate. I would not stay here again! Would not recommend!

Hotel is beautiful- however, really difficult finding the place, was given the wrong room (someone was actually in the room we were given) and while on our way to the room, was rudely cut off in the hallway by who we later were told was the manager. The front desk mentioned the bar and speakeasy which was a big part of why I booked this place. We went searching to only find out both were non existent. Pool closes at 7 so if you get in a little later and are only staying overnight you won’t be using that. It’s a little difficult to pay $50 for “amenities “ and then another $50 for valet, This place is beautiful but for the price there are better options.

Had no ac the first night with 3 children 1 infant no crib as requested prior to arrival no WiFi or tv access both nights I was there it rained the second day so no tv and no WiFi with 3 kids if almost unbearable, was told they would refund my resort fee for the inconvenience meanwhile they charged me double for my resort fee, I wrote a email and numerous phone calls and no response steer clear of this place by all means
