Chapter Hills is a beautiful property that clearly aims to offer a refined and sophisticated Tuscan experience. The rooms are full of character, staying true to the charm of traditional Tuscan stone buildings, with lovely architectural details and a warm atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and housekeeping is excellent throughout the stay.
The real highlight, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and professional, making us feel valued from arrival to departure.
Unfortunately, the pricing does not reflect the overall experience. The hotel charges rates comparable to a luxury five-star property, but the facilities and services do not consistently reach that standard. The spa pricing is particularly difficult to justify, with a basic facial treatment starting at €220, which feels excessive. Food and drinks are also significantly overpriced, and while the presentation is good, the quality does not match the premium prices being charged.
Overall, Chapter Hills is a charming place with wonderful staff and authentic Tuscan character. However, a more realistic pricing strategy would make the experience feel much better balanced and offer guests better value for money.
