An amazing view and very safe location. Incredible view of the beach and Los Pelicanos restaurant. Catalina made us an amazing traditional Salvadorian breakfast with freshly toasted bread as is common in the coastal town. A must stop location.

We had an incredible stay. The ocean views from the property are amazing!!! Both pools were clean and the room was spacious. One pool with a slide is more for kids, the other pool is regular- great for swimming. We got lucky because there were no other guests while we stayed but even if more rooms would be occupied, it would be ok because there are plenty of lounge areas for guests. Free breakfast every morning was a huge plus for my family and it was delicious. There is a shortcut (stairs between houses) to go to the beach and although it's maybe 10 minutes walk, it was nice to see the neighborhood and the beach is great. Very safe, gated community. I highly recommend it!

If you are from out of the country like I was, this place is not easy to get to, but worth the drive for spectacular view of the coastline. If you are going here, make sure you go to residenciales atami. ask the gate guard and he will direct you. Nice room with A/C, the property is on the side of a mountain. Only 3 or 4 rooms have the nice view of the coastline. There are 2 pools one for adults and 1 for kids. they have hammocks. the staff was very helpful, they serve you typical local breakfast. there are several restaurants near by that are really good, Betos and Pelicanos inside Atami resort. there is also a small restaurant close by, we had breakfast there and it was really good and fresh, the restaurant is like a tiki hut off the cliff, nice views in the morning of the local fisherman fishing in the distance. if you come here make sure you visit Puerto Libertad, is only 30 minute drive southwest of the property. You will find fresh catch of the day fish, there are also 2 piers and a ferris wheel. Use caution travelers, go in the daytime, return home by dusk,

We loved this place! The room was very spacious and comfortable. There are 2 pools which is a big plus. Both were clean and ready to use when we arrived. Breakfast is included which is super convenient and it was made fresh for every guest in the morning. Beautiful views from literally anywhere. The beach was nice and we also enjoyed Salt Water pools which are super cool. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Avoid this place - Total Bait and Switch. Horrendous experience. They confirmed my booking, then downgraded me last minute to a room the size of a closet that looked nothing like the photos. When I complained, they sent me on a 'wild goose chase' to a sister property 20 minutes away. While I was in the Uber, they called to say that room was gone, too. Zero professional integrity and a complete waste of my time and money. Stay elsewhere.

The property is in severe disrepair: broken walkways, dirty walls, and damaged outdoor furniture. Both pools were unusable (cloudy water, mold, rust). The room was in unacceptable condition: dirty floors with dead insects, ants on furniture and bed, broken fixtures, and very poor cleanliness. The bathroom was also problematic (no hot water, mold, unstable toilet seat, hair in the drain). We contacted the booking platform shortly after arrival to request a change due to the condition of the property, but the owner refused, stating the room had already been occupied. We spent most of the stay away from the property, which completely ruined the experience. This accommodation does not meet basic standards and the rebranding is misleading. Not recommended. Check recent reviews and the property’s history carefully before booking.
