"This hotel is in a great location, practically steps from the Market Square, well kept, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast was ok, not a variety of breads but what they got was good. The restaurant that serves the breakfast is supposed to accept a voucher for one free drink in evening, but it doesn't! The hotel staff had to go and ask the staff to take the voucher -which is great customer service, excellent staff! But the restaurant only accepted to give a glass of their house wine instead of beer... so the restaurant is not a great business , we didnt drink there after but there are plenty of better bars near. The hotel staff is absolutely great, they are very attentive and surely had no fault in the lack of clarity between the hotel and the restaurant manager. Other thing, if you are a light sleeper, this street is often taken by university students drinking and putting loud music on weekends nights, I didnt have any issue because my sleep is very deep but if your windows look at the pedestrian street like ours it could be noisy on weekends."
