The place looks a little worn, but the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the staff was very nice. It was also quiet. Neighborhood was fine. Breakfast was okay. Nothing was hot, and it was heavy on carbs (bread and cereal) but dining room was nice.

It was a very pretty hotel when you walk in there’s a beautiful staircase and it was probably the best vibed hotel me and my boyfriend have stayed at our check in was fast and we weren’t disturbed or treated bad. The girl at the front desk was amazing and super nice we loved her and she honestly deserves everything good coming her way! Thank you guys.

The staff were absolutely fantastic! Very friendly and professional. The room i stayed in definitely could use some attention to detail cleaning wise and some updates. The a/c unit did not work very well and the door definitely needed to be replaced. It stuck and the extra locks were non functioning. Over-all the stay was ok. If traveling back to that area I would stay again.

The staff was truly exceptional. The hotel and rooms are quite outdated. The walls and showers were not very clean, but the furniture surfaces were. The toilet had some problems, and we were offered another room immediately. Being close to the track and availability of the outside shuttle service "all aboard," we would definitely return.

You get what you pay for, that sums up this hotel. I booked because there were so many great reviews.. And I thought it was a great deal. I should have taken a hint when the people in front of me at the check in counter were. checking out , stating they weren’t staying and didn’t care if they got their money back. The staff was friendly and it was very clean but everything else is horrible It states there was continental breakfast and there was none. ( when I booked that was the deciding factor and there wasn’t one). I asked upon check in about breakfast and she said there was none due to a remodel. BTW there is no remodel going on. They need to put some money into updating their hotel. Loose tiles on the floor in room , takes water 20 min to get hot. The pillows were so lumpy like they had been through the washer many many time, very uncomfortable. The door to our room was hard to open and close. If we were staying more than one night we would have went elsewhere but for 1 night we dealt with it. Even our Uber driver asked why we’re staying at this hotel, that it was not a good place to stay . If your looking for a clean, cheap hotel with a whirlpool tub with robe and slippers and gym in a sketchy area but nothing else this is the place for you.

Honestly, we pulled up and the place looked questionable. Once we got inside in was like most other smaller places. Do they need work done? Yes. Could it be better? Yes. Was the stay what we needed? Yes. Would I go back? Sure. Lobby was nice. Dining area was good. Room was just like other places we stay at. You can tell it’s a small operation and for the size of the place they do a good job. Check it out but also check your expectations.

The staff was friendly and the clientele was pleasant; after that things went downhill. The floor of the room was dirty such that white socks weren’t required to see it. The room reeked of mustiness and cleaning solution. The only cockroach seen in the room was very small, hence the two star rating. Place was run down in and out. Neighborhood had multiethnic restaurant offerings and while run down, did not appear unsafe.

The night staff was excellent. However, we had a very disappointing entry into our room. The first room we were given, had never been clean from the day before. Clearly the bed had been used in the room was a mess. The second room already had somebody in it and then he said oh we’re going to upgrade you to the south room but we didn’t have a king bed and it was super super noisy in the hallway all night long.

The young ladies at the front desk were so helpful and they had no issues with answering any questions we had. As for the breakfast they may want to do a little turkey or chicken sausage because my family doesn't eat any pork products. Other than that the stay was very nice and we plan on going back the next time we are in town.
