Very happy with our stay. Room was clean. Staff was helpfull and pleasant. Pool is big and was perfect in the Arizona spring heat. Plenty of nearby options for food and entertainment. An easy 10 to 15 minutes from downtows Scottsdale.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful and friendly!! We requested a mini fridge, which was brought within 15 minutes of our request at no additional charge. The rooms have been nicely remodeled, with comfortable towels and bedding. The AC worked great !! We were located close enough to great restaurants, shopping, the Great Wolf Lodge and the Walking Stick Casino. We experienced no issues while visiting and would definitely recommend it!

The elevator was not working, the pool was dirty, the fire pit was not working and the room was over power ed with the scent of some type of cleaning solution The only thing that was pleasant was the staff

I arrived and was told the hotel had been overbooked by the computers and they were working to get a newly renovated room ready for me. Instead of telling me there was no room what appeared to be several staff members worked after midnight to allow me to get a good night's sleep. I really appreciated their efforts.

Apparently, the hotel was recently purchased. It was an old days Inn. The rooms were rundown, and the sink was broke and had no hot water. It did have a new showerhead. The grounds were abysmal for the price that we paid. They had changed the name to reflect an upscale hotel.

We had such a wonderful experience at The Blake at Scottsdale! We were in a stressful situation trying to book a hotel last minute after leaving a roach-infested place, and they completely turned our night around.
The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, kind, and understanding. They were experiencing technical difficulties with Hotels.com, and because of that, they generously gave us a complimentary night — which we truly appreciated. That level of customer service is rare!
The hotel was recently taken over by new owners and is currently under renovation, but they were very upfront about everything. Even though some rooms weren’t fully set up yet (no fridge, microwave, or blow dryer initially), when I asked about them, they immediately offered to have them sent over — and they actually made it happen that same night. They even sent brand new, clean, beautiful white comforters to our room.
They also made sure my daughter’s room was right next door to ours, which meant so much to us. The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, especially considering the level of care and service we received.
Overall, we were beyond happy with our stay. The kindness, responsiveness, and effort from the staff made all the difference. I would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location and was clean. It looked recently updated. However the bed was a little uncomfortable. It also lacked some things that many hotels often have like a hair dryer. Just a minor inconvenience though. Staff were very helpful and friendly, grounds looked neat and tidy. Would stay here again!
