Seiling was liking , dripping water , air conditioning was not working, , open kitchen was very close to reception because of that very strong dirty smell all the time . Toilet seat was very bad , very uncomfortable sofa bed , winter quilt was very hot in summer

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a clear maintenance issue. In our first room, we noticed water on the floor shortly after checking in. We eventually discovered that it was dripping from the air conditioning system in the hallway area of the room. We requested a room change, but the second room had the exact same problem. The dripping was constant and even made enough noise at night that we had to place a towel on the floor to reduce the sound. What was most frustrating was that, during checkout, it became apparent that the staff was already aware of this issue and that it affected multiple rooms. Since the hotel is still new, it’s disappointing that such an obvious problem has not been resolved. It’s difficult to understand why guests are charged full rates when a known maintenance issue significantly impacts the comfort of their stay.

Utrolig hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Utrolig serviceinnstilt. God middag på hotellet. Beliggenheten kunne vært bedre,men det var et rolig område. Veldig lite støy. Sengen var litt vond. Hadde på følelsen at vi lå veldig i nedoverbakke. Effektiv inn og utsjekk på grunn av de flinke menneskene i resepsjonen.

Comfort hotell var helt suverent på alle måter. Det eneste vi savnet på vårt dobbeltrom var 2 stoler, siden vi var et godt voksent par og skulle være der i 5 dager,da er det slitsomt å ikke kunne sitte godt mens man er på rommet. Det var en smal benk der, helt grei for yngre mennesker, men den var så smal at når man har noen vondter i kroppen, så var den ikke så god å sitte på over tid. Et dobbelt rom gor to personer burde ha i hvertfall 2 ok stoler som man kan hvile i etter en kanskje lang dag ute. Veldig god seng, men det er ikke alltid man har behov for å legge seg ned, men å sitte godt er nødvendig når man blir "stor" jente og " stor" gutt.😉👍😂😂 Hotellet ligger veldig fint til, og var oversiktlig. Personalet var veldig blide og hyggelige, gode parkerings muligheter, god mat og ellers bare gode opplevelser å være gjest på Comfort hotell i Grimstad. Det eneste er som sagt, mulighet for å sitte som et par, i hver vår stol,å ta en kopp kaffe og en god prat etter man kommer inn etter en dag ute.👍🥰👍 Ønsker dere alle en fortsatt god sommer!☀️

Hotellet er utmerket og ligger sentralt plassert nær motorvei. Rommene har vannkoker og hårtørker, men ikke kjøleskap. Flott trimrom med nye apparater. Resepsjonen var underbemannet, og man fikk litt vondt av den flinke damen bak disken som måtte håndtere innsjekk, matbestillinger, øltapping og telefoner samtidig - alene😅
