Rooms are spacious, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. Cleanliness and upkeep were impeccable, and the overall design balances elegance with relaxed island charm. Meals were varied and of high quality. The resort’s culinary offerings showcased fresh ingredients, creative preparation, and consistent presentation. Breakfasts offered a wide selection to suit all tastes. "Property is adjacent to the water ferry terminal. This is convenient if you will be using the ferries. However, it is very noisy if you are if try to relax or sleep. In addition, the road in front of the property is torn up and construction equipment appears to be working most of the day and evening. Hopefully that will be transitory but currently it is in the middle stage of the process."

"We had an excellent stay at Samann Grand Hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The complimentary airport pickup was seamless, and the shuttle back to the airport the next morning made our arrival and departure stress-free. Check-in was quick, friendly, and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable after a long day of international travel. It was the perfect overnight stay before heading to our overwater bungalow resort. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our short stay. We would definitely recommend Samann Grand to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed hotel near Malé Airport."

"This is a very nice affordable hotel near the public beach. The room was clean and the A/C worked. The bed was comfortable. My rate included an à la carte breakfast and shuttle to the airport. The internet was stable. There were a few quirks. You need to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle. There is a weird threshold into the bathroom that I stumbled over a few times. The exit door leads onto a busy street and cars fly by... I ate dinner in the restaurant and it was a delicious coconut curry. All in all, pretty good. I would stay there again."
