I must single out Mr Dillon for special praise. His availability was constant, his manner unfailingly courteous, and his commitment to providing the best possible experience was evident in every interaction. The management team’s coordination and the staff’s warmth combined to create an atmosphere of effortless care. The accommodation was of outstanding quality. Rooms are spacious, immaculately maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. "Property is adjacent to the water ferry terminal. This is convenient if you will be using the ferries. However, it is very noisy if you are if try to relax or sleep. In addition, the road in front of the property is torn up and construction equipment appears to be working most of the day and evening. Hopefully that will be transitory but currently it is in the middle stage of the process."

"We had an excellent stay at Samann Grand Hotel. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The complimentary airport pickup was seamless, and the shuttle back to the airport the next morning made our arrival and departure stress-free. Check-in was quick, friendly, and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable after a long day of international travel. It was the perfect overnight stay before heading to our overwater bungalow resort. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our short stay. We would definitely recommend Samann Grand to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-managed hotel near Malé Airport."
