I arrived earlier than expected but the staff answered the phone quickly to let me in. The same when I needed to pick up my luggage the day after. The room was very clean, with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and the staff was really nice and helpful. It was very close to the city center. I will definitely repeat if I am ever in Västerås again.

Kommer definitivt tillbaka när jag besöker Västerås igen. Personalen var väldigt vänlig och omtänksam. Jag var i stan för en konferens och skulle inte hinna äta frukost på morgonen. De erbjöd mig fixa nåt snabbt att ta med. Mycket uppskattat!! Sov så bekvämt i sängen och badrummet är så fint renoverat.

Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal, fint nyrenoverat rum. Bra läge , bra frukost. Lite tips: byt ut tvålfalskan i duschen till plast, inte bra att ha glasflaska i en dusch. Bra också att tydligt visa var strykbrädan är.
