Since it is brand new, everything was in great shape. Although we encountered a technological problem during check-in with the system and the front desk computers, staff was very nice and friendly. I suggest to have hair dryer/blower for ladies and a mirror outside the bathroom. Besides that, excellent!

The first rooms bathroom wasnt cleaned, then the fabulous front staff moved me to another, and well it was better but the bathroom atill wasnt as clean as other bathrooms in hotels(hair, lots in first sink/tub, floor)(second room.. same but not as much). So I had to go get some bleach, gloves, and disinfectant and clean my self. I cleaned the bathroom and kitchen area just in case. I is a brand new buliding so everything is new. The staff all weekend was soooo awesome! They do everything, wash, pick up trash from room, get the new wash cloths… all the things!! My suggestion, get a NEW HOUSEKEEPING CREW!!! This new hotel will go down quickly. Keep your staff and give them a raise, the do A LOT!!!

Michael, Sylvia, and the rest of the staff are nothing short of welcoming and extremely professional. We stayed at the facility for over a week and the entire experience was something we will definitely do again. Being in town several times a year for baseball, this will be our place to stay from here on out.

Property is band new and still smells new. Room is clean with comfortable beds. It has a full size fridge along with a small stove and microwave. Very roomy and the flooring is better than carpet. The front desk was super helpful with James, Jaiden, especially the assistant Manager Michael.He made sure are staying was super smooth. The property is located in the town of Canton and it's so quite, safe, and quaint. Its located within feet of many stores including Publix and food choices. Highly recommend if staying in Atlanta area if you are looking for a safe and quite stay. Only 15 minutes from Atlanta without the traffic or fuss. Perfect!

This is a new hotel so from that stand point everything was fantastic. This however is a very minimalist hotel so they do not provide items such as a hairdryer or iron-as in at all. This would have been useful information prior to our stay. Also, they charge $150 fee in leiu of potential damages to the room. This fee is dropped upon check out but some how I was charged twice so my stay until they refund my bank was over $400.

Do not stay here. These folks rip you off. I complained about having no hot water and this was never fixed. Then I was told I would receive the deposit back which I asked would someone go back through the room with me upon checkout to ensure no damage and was told no. I proceeded to sign the refund paper and left. Then I received another 100 deduction and they indicated sheets were stained which I saw no proof of. Now they have banked 250 additional. Beware of the scam!!!

The hotel was very clean, but it was not clear that there are NO dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cups anything. You would think since it had a kitchenette that it would come with these things. I have a big family and eating out is expensive so we always get food to cook. This threw a HUGE issue with us during our days here.

Property is new. Very basic, elevator slow, weak coffee. We are upper 70’s and just needed a place to rest for night. Room next to us had barking dog and other side had loud talking people. Room walls are paper thin. We were just trying to relax on the couch prior to going to bed and we get a call from front desk that they have a noise complaint about us. My husband very politely tells them we are just sitting on couch, but they tell us they have noise policy and we have to comply. We were dumbfounded to say the least. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never been treated that way before.

This is a new property so it's very clean still. However the young lady who checked us in was not helpful at all. She literally watched me carrying stuff in and trying to figure out how to use the key (which in on the wall not on the door) and dropping things and offered no assistance. She then charged us $150 when we asked for towels. That $150 took talking to the manager and 6 days to get back. We were also charged the incidentals fee of $150. So with the two extra charges and the room fee our bill was close to $400 for one night.The bed is a step up from a doctor's office exam table, seriously. The room came with no sundries, towels or washcloths. Desi was WONDERFUL in trying to get our bill adjusted as was the manager. The incidental fee was credited back at check out but the other one took a while. Probably would not stay here again based on the bed alone.

I love the smell of a brand new hotel! Not sure how long ago it opened, but the 1 queen rooms were perfect for 2. I was able to work comfortably while my husband watched tv or did schoolwork. The only recommendation I would have is the desk chair could be a bit more comfortable...after 8 hours, I was a bit numb and uncomfortable. But we loved everything, from the quiet door, to the water pressure, and we're SUPER impressed by the blinds! (My husband couldn't figure out how to work them) Lol After 10 years working in hotels and staying in multiple hotels in the last 2 months, this was the best hotel we've stayed at!
