Quality Inn & Suites near Lake Eufaula
"The owner was nice and helpful at times but could be rude to my family members. We had 6 children with us so he told us that he could not accommodate all of the children. But we had FOUR rooms reserved, side by side, and the children would have been spread out through those rooms. When we were going to take our breakfast back to our room because we had small children with us, instead of just telling us that we could not do that, he raised his voice in front of the other guests eating to tell us. He pointed to a sign that was so tiny that says we can’t take the food out. We had to get all of the children out of bed and dress them so that they would not miss breakfast. We were in town for a funeral, my adult children’s father had just passed away and everyone was sad but he made the situation much worse than it had to be."
