We chose this hotel for the vegan options and the restaurant wasn’t open the 2 nights we stayed there. We had no hot water and when we asked they fixed it for 2 minutes and then it was off again. Also wanted to do a bonfire but the person to do so wasn’t there either nights as well. The view was great and the room was nice.

Très beau lodge avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes, dans un cadre agréable et proche du centre d’Urubamba. Le petit déjeuner était également bien. En revanche, l’hôtel est difficilement accessible à pied, ce qui oblige à prendre régulièrement des taxis et peut vite revenir cher (pas Uber et uniquement des numéros avec le lodge). Le service manque de professionnalisme et d’organisation, avec plusieurs problèmes rencontrés pendant notre séjour. Dommage également que l’eau soit payante, y compris au petit déjeuner. Globalement, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais ces quelques points font que l’expérience n’a pas été exceptionnelle. Le rapport qualité-prix reste néanmoins intéressant.
