The staff was extremely helpful in getting it resolved, fixing our accomodations, and even offering us a refund. We had an amazing time in the small cozy cabin. The included amenities such as dryfirewood and starters, s'mores packs, tea, and coffee were a wonderful addition and made campfire much more enjoyable . The cabin was equiped with eat, drink, and cookware, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably while still feeling like we were camping and enjoying the nature."
