We travelled to Columbus for a concert and stayed here for a total of three nights. When we got there, we were greeted and checked in by Rita. She was absolutely funny and so kind, felt so grateful meeting her. Anyone that we spoke to on the staff was so kind and helpful. If I’m ever back in Columbus again, I would definitely stay there. Also, there is free self parking available which is very convenient.

This was a perfect stay! We went to the football game and needed a place to stay afterwards. This has everything you needed. We didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything. They had several restaurants inside the casino and bars. The hotel was clean and staff was efficient. We definitely want to come back and stay again. The casino was a lot of fun and so much to do. This was a great stay!

This new hotel was spotless and very very comfortable. And it is only a few steps from the Casino. Highly recommended. Kudos to Carly at the front desk. Check in was handled as well as anyone could handle it, including a quick tour of the amenities.

Hannah and Gilber were amazing as well as all of the other staff. We had a little Glitch through Travelocity but they went above and beyond to get it fixed and get us in a room. We even got an upgrade to a suite. The shower… Omg the shower was heaven, 3 different heads and all worked at once. We will definitely be back k for another stay whenever we pass through.

Room was very nice. Seemed very clean. Staff was very nice as well. Did not like the resort fee of nearly $42. Not sure why its considered a resort. Thought room was over priced for not having breakfast included or a 24 hr coffee station. Room did not have any type of sitting/lounge chair except for a desk chair. No luggage caddy to prop up your luggage. 1 of the 2 hotel elevators was not working. When I pay a premium price for a premium room I expect certain amenities. Although I was very happy with the room itself I most likely won't be staying here again because it wasnt worth the attached price. I booked with a third party company which was slightly cheaper than booking direct.

Room and staff were very good. However, adjust the thermostat before going to bed. There was a loud fan that didn’t shut off. I got up at 2:30 and adjusted it to get it to shut off and cool down. And the restaurant breakfast pancakes were not good. Bad after taste like a cleaning chemical of some sort. Very pricey breakfast. Not close to being worth it.

While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.

Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent. When I requested extra water, it was brought up to my room quickly, which I really appreciated. The only disappointment was that I had specifically requested a city-view room, but I was given a suite without the city view. While the suite itself was nice, I wasn’t informed at check-in that it didn’t have the requested view, so I didn’t realize until I got to the room. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I wish there had been better communication about the room assignment.

Hollywood casino hotel is new so everything was nice and clean. Shot out to Fibianna and Vincent at the front desk. Both were very friendly, hopefully and willing to help. I had a king room which was spacious. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure. I didn't use the gym but it seemed to have everything nor did I eat at the Hill restaurant. Mainly because I didn't see anything on the menu I liked. I also thought the price for a night was reasonable. The casino is just that a casino. To many penney machines and table games. Overall, it was a choice. Would recommend!

New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.
