Our check in was flawless, a tad slow because I was missing my visa picture bearing a US Passport. It wasn't a fault on their end actually. The checkout was fast and it was heartbreaking to leave this property after one night stay. I'm definitely planning to return here whenever I visit Mussoorie again.
