Tive uma excelente experiência no Hotel Mzab, um espaço que me surpreendeu sobretudo pela sua magnífica decoração, muito cuidada e perfeitamente integrada no ambiente e na identidade da região. Cada detalhe transmite autenticidade, bom gosto e uma verdadeira ligação à cultura local, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial. Quero também deixar uma palavra de particular apreço a dois funcionários da receção que contribuíram muito para tornar a minha estadia tão agradável. O jovem Nadir destacou-se pela sua competência, profissionalismo e, sobretudo, pela sua permanente disponibilidade para ajudar. Sempre atento e prestável, procurou responder às nossas necessidades com grande simpatia e eficiência. Também a jovem Nour El Houda merece uma referência especial pela sua simpatia, atenção e amabilidade. Foi sempre muito atenciosa e recebeu-nos com um sorriso e uma cordialidade que fazem toda a diferença. São profissionais como Nadir e Nour El Houda que dão um rosto humano à hospitalidade e fazem com que os hóspedes se sintam verdadeiramente bem recebidos. Uma estadia muito agradável num hotel com uma decoração de grande personalidade e uma equipa que merece ser felicitada. Recomendo vivamente o Hotel Mzab e espero ter oportunidade de voltar.

Albergo datato con camere sporche e personale gentile ma inefficace di fronte al problema che non si trovava la prenotazione a diversi clienti (ottimo invece il supporto di Expedia) La chicca è poi stata la piscina vuota! Gran finale con una colazione da vergogna Sconsiglio nella maniera più assoluta questo albergo
