2/10 Poor

I came to hotel which was described really well on hotel.com and it was all ai created and dirty. It took me FOREVER to find and when we did , I met the hotel reception staff and he told me I can cancel through hotel and they will refund the money. I care less about money but I’d appreciate they would use actual pictures .
