We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station. Our room was spacious, and the view overlooking the town was absolutely stunning. The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even recommended a delicious local restaurant, which we really enjoyed. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely come back again!

Checkout staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen was welcoming for foreigners and we were informed tattoos were okay too, which was an unexpected surprise. Amenities (including robe for the onsen) were provided and there were vending machines easily accessible as well. Short walk to Yuzawa Station so it was very convenient. Compared to other properties in the area, it was nice to stay in a hotel with a private bathroom for only a slight price increase from hostel-style accommodations. Would recommend!

私の落ち度なのですが、朝食付プランでお願いしたはずが、素泊プランになっていたようです。朝食会場までいって発覚しました。落ち込みました…。そこからあらためてフロントまで行って朝食券を購入する元気もなく、さっさとチェックアウトして越後湯沢駅でサンドイッチ買って食べました。皆さんも気をつけて下さい。

布団、ベッドは、キレイでしたよ。設備は築年数相当なので気にならない。 唯一不満といえば、仕方ないのだが、収容人数に対してのエレベーター機数が足りない。タイミング悪いと全然乗れない。風呂が最上階だから仕方ないけどね。

車で伺いましたが、越後湯沢駅まで歩いてすぐなので、とても立地が良く良かったです。天空風呂も最高でした。コーヒーや紅茶が、ロビーで自由にいただけたので嬉しかったです。 朝食（有料）も美味しかったです。
