What an adorable property. Recently renovated, this property has well apportioned, clean rooms, a charming pool, and first class, friendly management. Parking was abundant and the 24/7 Denny’s next door was the perfect place for two east coast travelers to grab breakfast. The bed was comfy, the shower was delightful, and the courtyard was adorable. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great bang for the buck and we will be returning. We were in the area for a UC Irvine student/parent orientation program. This is a very nicely remodeled older hotel. It was much cleaner than some of the newer hotels I've stayed in for work. Everywhere I looked inside and out it showed pride of ownership. I wish more older hotels were like this. The area felt safe as well. The only thing I'd recommend is to bring some ear plugs because it can be noisy if your room is facing the highway. It was an exceptionally warm and muggy time when we were in the area, but the a/c kept us comfortable. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Check-in was quick and easy and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and felt new. The entrance and bathroom had tile flooring and the bedroom had carpeting, the way rooms should be. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water and the towels were new and plush. The area is safe and walkable with Denny's, Wendy's, Taco Bell and del Taco next door or nearby. Overall Lemon Heights is an easy 5-star in its price range. I highly recommend.

The renovation improved everything to this hotel! Room was basic, tv was not a smart tv so having an iPhone made it useless but the bed was comfortable and was impressed with the improvements at this stay! Best place in Tustin for the price and convenience of location!
