This was a nice clean, great location to stay if you want to walk from Union Station to your hotel and to the ball park! No staff in person but very communicative via this app and very friendly. The hotel is a 2-4 story walk up- no elevator but wasn’t an issue for us. Will definitely be looking here first next time I come to Denver.

Location and ok rooms. The rooms are very basic like a cheap home renovation. Slap some vinyl flooring down and over the walls of the shower and a quick coat of paint and call it done. The entrance vibe and stairs are a bit dark and narrow. The air freshener attached to the wall squeaks every so often to cover up whatever smell this building had before the reno to the hotel. The pillows on the bed were thick and firm probably the cheapest on the market. The check-in experience was vague and required contacting the number.

Fantastic location in downtown Denver. Great, prompt help from the management via text and email when I wasn't using my check-in directions correctly to enter the building. Extensive check-in directions/identity check via email were a bit exhaustive. The street-side room was indeed noisy and vibration-filled until the middle of the night with a dance club on lower level and patrons spilling into the sidewalk and street. Next door public parking, while expensive, was very convenient. Room was clean with all amenities as described. Bedding in our unit could stand a refresh.

Really great location. Room was very cute. An awesome bathroom. Great price. The only weird thing is that there's no reception. It's all self-service. But it was a great experience and I didn't have any issues, so I didn't have any need for reception or anything like that.

Virtual check-in was very simple, however, there is a service fee of about $7. No free parking but there is a parking lot immediately next to the building; it was about $50 for 24 hrs. There is no elevator and no ground-level rooms. There is a night club on the first floor; we were on the 3rd floor and could hear it just a little above the TV; not enough to keep us awake but ear plugs are provided if you're a light sleeper. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, KCup variety; also provide other things such as snacks or beverages but those are an extra charge. The representative reached out a few times via Hotels.com so even though there is no lobby, I felt that if I needed anything, it would be handled relatively quickly. The building is close to a lot of businesses downtown, most notably Union Station and restaurants. Overall, the stay was fantastic and would stay again.

Such a beautiful little spot!! We will be revisting and I am a DO of homeopathic alternative practitioner focusing on PTSD, comples trauma and psychadelic treatments. I am excited to have a new spot to send my clients when they come for treatment from out of state!! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and affordable place to stay! Easy check in/out. Very efficient communication and beautiful setting. Safe place to park. Comfy bed and pillows lots of little amenities and cool shower! Great water pressure ! I liked the central location. Staff was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I had 2 issues. 1. I didn't know there was no elevator, and I was on the 4th floor. I have a heart condition so I had to really take my time. If I knew this was the case, I would have requested a room on a lower floor. 2. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the sheets and on the bathroom floor. The towels didn't smell that clean. Luckily I already had my own face towel with me and skipped the shower since I only stayed 1 night.

Well here is a new concept in a hotel. No staff. You have a code to get in and a code to get in your room. I don't know what you would do if there were an emergency. We had trouble with both codes but finally figured it out. The rooms are on the second and third floor. This was not fun lugging our luggage up three flights of stairs because the elevator was out of order. We managed but it was tough for us because we are old. But---- the hotel is a five minute walk to the train station and that was a big deal for us and why we picked the hotel. The room was fine, clean and a good bed. The decorations are quite interesting to say the least, especially the tile in the bathroom. ugh. Anyway while we would not stay here again, if I were younger and was catching the train, this is the place to go.

Failry quick online check in, not a typical check in experience due to a staff-less location, but easy enough. 4 flight walk up, no elevator. Not a big deal to me, but if you have ANY kind of disability, this is not the place to stay. It's for a younger, or at least more active traveler, not for older folks or kids. It's over a bar and your balcony will be over the open bar patio. I got lucky and they were closed on the Tuesday I was there so fairly quiet and had a good sleep. VERY convenient to anything in walking distance, walked to a Rockies game and it's only about 10 minutes to the stadium. Curtain fell on my head when I went to open the sliding door, no drywall anchors so it just fell on me when I barely touched it. The smooth slate on the shower floor is SLICK, be careful. Coffee pot has no extension cord so you have to put it on the floor next to the plug to make your coffee. Closet door came off the track when I barely touched it to get the tiny ironing board (which was broken but usable) and iron. Some attention to detail and low cost maintenance would do wonders for the property and rooms, starting with the entry door. At least re-paint it and make a traveler feel like they didn't make a mistake before they even get inside. It shares the front entry patio with the bar next door, so be aware of the bar is open, you are entering the hotel standing next to bar tables and patrons, not the most private situation. It's fine if you know it's coming, but not if you don't.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. Virtual check in is terrible, there’s no staff on site, the tv didn’t turn on, the water took 10 minutes just to get kind of warm, the bed was like sleeping on a rock, air conditioner was so loud, when it got turned off, the room got blazing hot, and lights from the streets shone through even with the blinds closed. Worst hotel ever. Avoid.
