A great place to stay. Overall an enjoyable experience but made especially notable by staff that are friendly, welcoming and very helpful (even with phone IT issues). Out of town a bit but Metro is handy and Uber rides inexpensive. We loved the turn down service and the chocolates.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du personnel et la gentillesse. La chambre spacieuse confortable, le lit grandes dimensions confortable, à disposition gratuitement des capsules café nespresso, du thé. L'hôtel est neuf bien situé près de l'avenue principale de Lisbonne et 20mn à pied du centre historique. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est parfait avec du vrai jus d'orange, Felipe et le personnel du petit-déjeuner est aux petits soins. Séjour parfait.

O hotel é novo (está em soft-open) e portanto ainda tem funcionários em adaptação! Bonito, quarto amplo, cama e travesseiros macios! Mas tem um sério problema de acesso (parece que por ser um prédio histórico é impossível colocar rampas de acesso para entrar com malas…é necessário subir degraus) além disso as vagas de estacionamento na frente do hotel não podem ser usadas…nem para o táxi/Uber deixar o hóspede! E como quase todos os hotéis atualmente (principalmente em Portugal) tem portas de vidro nos banheiros e compartimentos separados "espalhados" pelo quarto…isso é excesso de intimidade para quem divide o quarto (sejam casais, amigos ou familiares)! Banheiros em vidro ou com portas em vidro são a abominação que arquitetos inventam e hóspedes detestam! Já passou da hora do sistema hoteleiro se dar conta disso! NÃO é sexy, NÃO é agradável! Please tenham piedade dos hóspedes!
