i arrived at 230 am and taught i. paid for breakfast on expedia 43 US x 2 only to find out that i had to pay 62 $ extra at the hotel that kinda throw me off ! even though i was telling the staff and showed them my receipt still had to repay for breakfast !

The hotel is nice.looks like they was short of staff the service at pool side wasn't good at all there was just 1 server that had to serve about 40 person I order tenders and fries she brought it without any sauce no tissue no fork.the room the sheets and pillows didn't had a fresh scent at all.i checked in with my kids and husband to spend 1 night because of the holiday but we checked out back at around 7 the same evening.i think manager need to do a better job with managing of the hotel.
