This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !

호텔스닷컴에서 확인된 주소와 호텔 측에서 제공한 주소가 다릅니다. 정말 힘든 여행이었어요. 도착하기 전에 호텔스닷컴에 문의해서 주소가 맞는지, 호텔측에서 다른 곳으로 안내받았습니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 보이는 곳 즉, 신주쿠역의 동쪽(가부키초쪽) 으로 예약했는데 호텔측에서는 신주쿠역의 서쪽으로 안내 받았습니다. 그래서 호텔스닷컴에 문의하니깐 호텔스닷컴에 기재된 위치가 맞다고 했고 여러번 질문했고 확인까지 부탁한다고 했습니다. 그래서 호텔스닷컴이 말한 쪽으로 가니 그쪽 호텔이 아니였습니다. 그래서 호텔측이 말한 곳인 신주쿠역 서쪽방면으로 가서야 체크인 할 수 있었고 둘간의 거리가 멀기때문에 서쪽 방향이었으면 예약도 안했을 겁니다. 최악의 여행을 만들어줘서 정말 스트레스 받네요. 둘간의 위치가 달라 호텔스닷컴이랑 호텔 측 서로 이야기좀 해봐라 해도 둘이 자꾸 다른 곳 이야기만 했습니다. 그리고 나서는 호텔스 닷컴에서 체크인 잘했다고 들었어요~ 란 말만 듣고 아무런 보상도 답변도 제대로 듣지 못했습니다. 비싼 돈 주고 예약하고 문의하는 시간만 2시간내내 이야기해도 해결 안되고 호텔 위치는 우리가 원하는 위치가 아니라서 걷기만 엄청 걷고.... 실망합니다
