This property was absolutely amazing. I have not a single complaint. The check in staff was superb. I believe his name was Emmanuel and he was very helpful very accommodating and explained everything in complete detail. This was my very first time ever staying in an all inclusive and everything from the comfy beds to the many selections of food and drinks was top notch. Let’s not forget the 3 pools and the beach. Waters were so warm. The swim up bar was amazing. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.
