"Great place staff was super helpful and friendly. Great price and the food was outstanding."
Laforet Ito Onsen Yunoniwa
"I had good time at this Hotel. The onsen bath is wonderful, food is fabulous. This time, I took with my friend. She was so happy about all experience. I definitely go back this place. Thanks all staff."
Laforet Hakone Gora Yunosumika
"This is more than a hotel, it's like being in a dream of relaxation and beauty. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Our room in the annex was gorgeous with every amenity we could have asked for, the tub was perfect, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. As we soaked and in the morning during breakfast, we gazed out on the mountains as the storm passed, and it was like being in a beautiful film. I can't compare this hotel to anywhere else I've ever stayed. It's is utterly unique and truly perfect."
Hakone Ashinoko Hanaori(ORIX HOTELS & RESORTS)
"It is just a lovely retreat in a beautiful location. The hotel rooms are a lovely minimalist Japanese design, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I wish we had more time to stay here longer, and it's one of the very few places I would absolutely return to without hesitation."
Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora by IHG
"Rooms were beautiful."
Susukinohara Ichinoyu
"Location is nice. Close proximity to the bus stop with a Family Mart right next door. 10 min bus ride to the ropeway. The rooms are big and the private onsen was the perfect way to start the morning and relax after a day outdoors. Beer on tap & you can mix your own drinks. Non-alcoholic drinks also available and refreshing."
Hakone Kowakien
"The Onsen (hot spring facilities) was fantastic, especially after a long journey. Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. Mostly Japanese food but there are a few choices for those who don't like Japanese food. For me, the meals were great. Sushi, Sashimi, lots of different choices. A true test of Japan. Never had the same thing twice as there were too many choices. Not to mention they had beer, sake and some other alcohols available as part of the buffet. Didn't see anyone abusing the access which is good. The only thing to mention is if you are traveling from Tokyo and are returning there, it would be good to only take a smaller portion of your belongings (send your larger cases to your next hotel) as the rooms are not equipped with closets or drawers so you will be living out of your suitcase. Really wasn't a problem with our two large suitcases. Nice walking path in the back of the facility. Strongly recommend taking a taxi or uber from the train station with your suitcases. We road the bus there which was standing room only along a a very twisty mountain road, OVERALL - WONDERFULL"
The Fujiya Hotel
"Excellent hotel"

"The hotel was so amazing. The view is magnificent. The location is really good. The only thing that i could say that is a bit disappointing is there are stains in the sofa in the living room. Other than that everything is perfect."

During your visit, you can explore its rich history through museums, historical monuments, and serene riverside walks, all while enjoying great value for money. Additionally, with the right timing, prices may drop even further, making it an ideal destination for those seeking an enriching experience without overspending.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To explore last-minute deals to Ito, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. Additionally, Smart Shopping is a useful comparison tool available via the app, allowing you to compare hotel prices and amenities. With this, you're more likely to see when room rates drop or availability changes, so you can secure a last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your dates may help you save on your stay at an Ito hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised atmosphere and, at times, better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we can suggest alternative dates that could potentially lead to savings, helping you secure the best deal.
- Consider your location: Staying nearer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher expenses. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, aiming to strike a balance between cost and accessibility to the sites you plan to visit. You might also look into independent hotels located further out, which are usually more likely to be affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
