Arrived at a reception. They seems confused but eventually they called someone called Cheryl to check me in. 25 minutes later Vince arrived. He had no idea which Condo I was staying in. Left and sometime later returned to say that they had given the Condo to someone else. All this time I was left standing in a busy reception area with lots of other people all stood around not knowing what was going on!
Vince then offered me other pretty low quality Condo's as an alternative. Nothing like the one I had booked, from its picture. I said no asked for a refund. Promised an immediate refund but took multiple calls to Hotels.com.
Sorry but not a lot positive to say.
