This hotel was is favourite place to stay in Hanoi. The staff are lovely and so helpful and accommodating. Trang took the best care of us. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay and time in Hanoi. The hotel is recently renovated with really nice spacious rooms and excellent sound proofing. It’s a great location for walking around the old quarter. Highly recommend!

The location is so convenient that you can walk to anywhere. The hotel is newly renovated which is super clean and comfortable. What I loved the most is the staff, Thomas and Bé Trang, who offered us the services beyond expectations. I would stay in the place if I ever come back to Ha Noi. Already missed them and Ha Noi. I wish I could post some pictures on this platform.

The stay at Minerva was exceptional. Apartment was very large and clean. Staff were very good and friendly. The location is good on the edge of the old quarter. Easy walking to explore. They rate the hotel as 3 star. Not sure how that happened. I travel a lot and it is no question a 4 star hotel. I will be back again in 6 months for an extended stay.

Amazing stay! This Aparthotel was the best accomodation we had during our 3 week trip in Vietnam! Spacious apartment with separated bedrooms, very comfy beds, 1 large living room with new sofa and the kitchen corner is all equipped with basic cutlery, cookware, big fridge and rice cooker. All you need for your stay! Room was cleaned up every day with fresh towels and water bottles. Location was amazing, right at the corner of the old quarter and a few minutes walk to the lake! Staff was so kind and helpful, they were very welcoming and always doing their best to make your stay comfortable. This is by far the most best and quietest hotel we had and we would recommend it to all our friends heading off to Hanoi in the future! Thank you to all the team at Minerva hotel

The whole process from checking in to checking out was so smooth. The rooms were clean, having a fully equipped kitchen with a rice cooker is also a plus factor. The employees were really polite and always ready to help. Location wise , it was walking distance to the old quarter, train street and other sites. Will stay here again in case we travel to Hanoi again.

Very good place to stay. On a quiet road on the edge of the old quarter. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist spots. I was staying at a Arbnb and it was not very good. Stayed at the hotel a couple of days before so I checked out of the Arbnb and came back to the hotel. A very good choice at a reasonable price.
